About the Role

Covalent Bonds is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and in client relationship management. They will need to be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current clients, and act as a liaison between the client and the internal team to understand and mitigate any issues the clients may face. The Account Manager must also ensure that delivery of the contracted work meets the client’s business goals, and that the work is completed on time and within budget.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders
  • Create and maintain relationships with clients to better understand and advise strategies that help them achieve their goals
  • Brief delivery of marketing program work through written, accurate briefs to the delivery team (includes: PR, webinars, conferences, events, social media, copywriting, emails, newsletters). Also will review delivered work to ensure it meets the brief from the client
  • Use industry knowledge and data analysis (provided by our data team) to contribute to marketing strategy development
