The Data Analyst contributes to the company’s vision to transform marketing into a scientific process: enabling scientific marketers to prove marketing success by empowering marketing decisions to be made on fact (data) not assumptions. In this key role the Data Analyst is responsible for working with the ACTsights Manager to develop and deliver reporting and insights.

  • Maintaining the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
  • Managing data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
  • Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
  • Create reports and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with Data Processing agreements and procedures in coordination with Data Officer
  • Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
  • Learn new technologies and trends regarding data analysis and visualization.


  • Problem-solving- analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Exhibit self-motivation and willingness to work in a result-oriented team
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to work independently, and prioritize duties.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of clients’ products, industries and markets
  • Clearly communicates with people to understand goals, objectives, strategies and tactics
  • Understands and adapts to remote working - communicates effectively, availability during business hours, self-starter, able to work independently, asks for assistance when necessary

  • Flexible Schedule

  • English level 90% is a must
  • Proven experience in SQL.
  • Proven experience with PowerBI/DataStudio/Tableau.
  • Proven experience with BigQuery and general GCP is a plus
  • A previous understanding of marketing is a plus
